“Yoga has been a part of my life for almost 10 years and it has been almost 3 years since I started my teacher’s journey. I use my practice to keep focused and steady; Physically, Mentally and Emotionally. It has helped me grow stronger, more flexible and certainly more carefree, on and off my mat. Yoga is my physical form of prayer, my connection to myself.
I completed my 200 hr training, with One Yoga in Victoria BC, but I am forever a student of the practice, learning from everyone I encounter in and out of the yoga world.
In my classes, I combine a sweet, but sweating vinyasa flow with soothing heartbeat rhythms, to create an ‘experience’ that will guide you inward. With the hope, you step off your mat feeling refreshed, nurtured and balanced.”
