I started my journey 4 years ago but yoga has been an influential part of my life for the last decade. My practice aids me in remaining focused and steady, while at the same time keeping me physically, mentally and emotionally balanced. It has helped me grow stronger, more flexible and certainly more carefree, on and off my mat. Yoga is my physical form of prayer, and has helped me deepen my relationship to myself.

I completed my 200 hr training, with One Yoga in Victoria BC, but I am forever a student of the practice, learning from everyone I encounter within, and outside of the yoga world.

In my classes I combine a sweet, but sweaty vinyasa flows with soothing heartbeat rhythms, while allowing you the space to go inward. My intention is that with every practice you leave your mat feeling refreshed, nurtured and balanced.”
