Teachers

Troy Hadeed
Troy has been trying to live yoga long before he was ever introduced to the asana practice. Since yoga and asana practice came into his life, he has been bringing his dedication and focus onto his mat and into his teaching. Troy has aspired to aid his students on their journey of self realization and empowerment through breath, alignment, and fun. He was originally trained as a Moksha yoga instructor under the guidance of Ted Grand and Jess Robertson and has since studied with Ryan Leier, Baron Baptiste, Seane Corn, Eugene & Jesse Poku, and has been accepted to study with Srivatsa Ramaswami and Schyler Grant in 2014. . He believes that our practice on the mat is a direct representation of our daily lives in many ways and in an effort to change the world, he encourages yoga practitioners to begin with themselves, on their mat. Into every class he leads, Troy aims to offer his students an avenue to connect with mindfulness, their body, the GOD of their own understanding & LOVE.

Ada Kate Wight
Ada Kate's love for teaching yoga came into being once she realized the transformative effects it had in her own life. Surprising no one more than herself, she found health, well-being and contentment all through this ancient mind-body science. She completed her original teacher training with Karen Stollmeyer of Bliss Yoga Trinidad, as a Hatha yoga teacher in the Sivanada tradition. Ada was introduced to Asthanga yoga by Ashtanga teacher, Ursula Scott and has since found herself taken with this dynamic form of yoga. Ada likes to frequent India to study at Sri. K Pattabi Jois' shala in Mysore (http://kpjayi.org/).

Ada Kate is inspired by those around her and by the ability of yoga to make the impossible possible. She hopes to help inspire other budding yogis to come to their mat with an open mind and a willingness to listen to themselves and their bodies- yoga will do the rest.
